7. Consultations and Appointments
Submitting an online appointment request does not guarantee an appointment.
An appointment is confirmed only after you receive confirmation from Old Flame Laser or its scheduling provider.
You agree to provide accurate and current contact, health, medication, and treatment information. You must notify Old Flame Laser of material changes before receiving treatment.
Arrive on time and follow the preparation instructions provided for your service.
8. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-Show Policy
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled without penalty when at least 24 hours notice is provided.
Appointments canceled with less than the required notice may be subject to a fee of $50
Clients who fail to attend an appointment without notice may be charged $50 or may be required to provide a deposit before booking another appointment.
Late arrivals may result in:
- A shortened appointment
- Rescheduling
- A late-cancellation fee
Deposits are applied according to the policy disclosed at booking.
Emergency and exceptional circumstances may be reviewed individually.
Clients with excessive cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a higher deposit to schedule appointments.

The applicable price is the price disclosed at booking or confirmed before treatment. Website pricing may be updated periodically and may not reflect a previously issued quote, promotion, package, or treatment plan.
Payment is due at the time specified by Old Flame Laser.

10. Treatment Packages
When treatment packages are offered:

- No refunds will given on unused treatments in packages.

Failure to follow instructions may:
